Exciting news for your Producers! You now have the option to enhance security by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when they log into their SureLC account with your Agency. This added layer of protection ensures peace of mind while accessing important information.
MFA improves security by requiring your Producers to verify their identity through a simple process. In addition to entering their password, they must also confirm their identity using a code sent to their mobile phone via text message or through a mobile authentication app. This extra step ensures that your Producer accounts are even more secure!
