Fidelity Life has updated their transmittal forms effective today Tuesday Nov 25th, 2025.
An exciting part of this change will be more room to list all products offered, and a designated spot to record Advance options on a per product basis.
Effective immediately your Fidelity Life schedule settings will have a new column for Advance percentages that mirror Fidelity Life's
Transmittal form.
Please Note: These are new settings that would need to be added to any existing schedules already created.
If No advancing is preferred you can enter
"0%" in your schedule settings or simply mark the parent question "No":
NEW FORM PREVIEW:
Advance percentages entered in
your schedule settings will map accordingly to the carrier's Transmittal form as shown below.
If your Agency does not market Fidelity Life please disregard this notice.
