Following up on our recent announcement about Prudential (IMO Annuities) moving to Onboard, we have another improvement to share about this carrier's workflow in SureLC.

SuranceBay has implemented CarrierLink for Prudential (IMO Annuities). With CarrierLink, the Office code in the hierarchy for your Prudential (IMO Annuities) contracting requests is now driven directly by contract data from Prudential.

Depending on the data Prudential provides, the Office code will either be automatically populated for you, or your selection list will be limited to the valid options for that contract.

The result is fewer errors and faster, more accurate submissions.
