Aviva Transmittal Forms

Aviva Transmittal Forms - Now Updated

Hi ,

If you work with any of the Aviva Companies, we wanted to let you know that the transmittal forms are now updated based on the most recent forms that Aviva sent over to us.

In the 2.0 version of SureLC, you do NOT have to "reset" your carriers as this was an enhancement that was made in SureLC 2.0.

However, you should go to Agency Setup, and click on Carriers, and make sure that your desired values for the updated transmittal form(s) are inputted appropriately.

Please let us know if you have any questions on how to do this based on the new 2.0 version of SureLC as well as the new Aviva Transmittal forms.
