New Transamerica Transmittal - SureLC

Transamerica just updated their transmittal form, a copy of which is attached. This new transmittal form is now uploaded into production, there is nothing you need to do to get this new PDF form.
Due to their introduction of additional products/compensation, SuranceBay added 9 additional rows to the Compensation table in your agency setup to reflect this change.
