SureLC Support - Upgrading our Service

Hi ,

Recently, SuranceBay made some operational changes to UPGRADE the service that we are providing to you, our clients.


While many of you have used our Support Zendesk in the past, SuranceBay is now using this much more so and encourage you to do the same.


Please review the attached file that further outlines these changes.



* For example: The most frequently encountered problem by our users recently has been issues with receiving contracting paperwork via SureLC. 99% of the time, the issue is resolved by adjusting your Adobe Reader settings as shown here: https://surancebay.zendesk.com/entries/21803328-adobe-pdf-configuration-issue




Why the Change?

SuranceBay made this change so that we can accelerate our response times to you, our users. In addition, this helps us assign any tickets to the person from the SuranceBay staff who is most qualified to address your particular issue. Sometimes the issue is technical, so a member of our technical support team can be assigned and work with you to resolve this issue right away. Sometimes the issue is related to changes in the system, so we can assign the appropriate person to assist you. Other times, the issue or question is something that is already posted to https://surancebay.zendesk.com, which allows you to "search" for the answer and simply not have to wait for SuranceBay to get back to you.
