Hi ,

Last weekend, SuranceBay updated 400+ carrier contracting forms. Part of this update requires you to update your compensation/hierarchy tables for the following carriers:

* Transamerica
* NorthAmerican

The hierarchy and compensation tables for these carriers allows you to setup and input all desired values so the all forms are auto-populated for you. You can do this directly within the Agency Setup, Carriers Tab of SureLC 2.0.

Also, if you have not already updated Genworth, we updated this the previous weekend so you should also take a look at your compensation/hierarchy tables to make sure that they match up to what you would like auto-populated on the PIF Hierarchy form.

Remember that with the 2.0 version, you have the ability to setup multiple hierarchy/compensation tables. Should you need any assistance with this for any of your carriers, please do not hesitate to contact us.
