Over the weekend, we made some updates to the way that we're handling the Transamerica forms (Aegon Company). There were roughly 250 different PDF documents that were included for Transamerica, but this has now been separated out.
If your agency does NOT work with the Family Markets channel, then there is nothing you need to do. Please disregard the rest of this message.

However, if your agency does work with the Family Markets channel, you will no longer find your forms by processing Transamerica as the carrier. What you will need to do is go to your Agency Setup, click on Carriers, and then in the Available List of carriers, add the particular set of forms that you work with. For example, "Transamerica - Red Family Markets" ... or whatever 'color' of forms that your agency works with.
Also, unless you work with both Transamerica AND Transamerica Family Markets, you most likely can remove Transamerica as a carrier you work with since your forms will show up under the pertinent Family Markets color.
