NIPR Unavailable Today 11/08/12

The NIPR has notified us that due to technical difficulties their
database is unavailable. The earliest they expect to be up is
3:00 p.m. CST, but they may not be up until tomorrow 11/09/12.
Therefore, you will not be able to add producers until the NIPR is
back up. All other functions of SureLC will be operational during
this time.
