Updated Contracting Forms - SureLC 12/10/2012

Normally we send individual notices out to all users when forms' requests are uploaded into production for our users.
However, due to the quantity of forms that we uploaded over the weekend, we wanted to let you all know that there are only a few outstanding items still pending.
You will receive an email notice if your request is still pending from forms@surancebay.com. Otherwise, if you don't receive an email by 9:00 am EST tomorrow (Tuesday, 12/11) that your request is still in progress, please note that your requested forms are now ready for you.
