SuranceBay's IT team is actively working to resolve the issues associated with processing contracts within SureLC. Also, for those of you not able to see the Lines of Authority for licenses - this too is being worked on.
We expect to have the problem(s) resolved within the next hour (by 3:30 pm ET).
