Over the past 6-8 months, SuranceBay has been working diligently to enhance SureLC for all users. Our most recent update was on 11/25/2013, but we're pleased to announce that on Monday, June 9th we will push out a new release for all users of SureLC.
SureLC will be inaccessible (down) starting at 3:00 am eastern time this Saturday and operational (up) no later than Sunday evening at 9:00 pm eastern time.
One of the bug fixes is our email distribution list registration. For that reason, if you're seeing this message but your co-workers are not and they should be, please ask
them to register for the
BGA Email Signup distribution list by
CLICKING HERE.
Please note that over the weekend, our
Virtual Help Center will be updated with information and tutorials related to this new release. You can access our Help Center by
clicking on the link above, or by logging into SureLC and clicking on the Help icon.
