MetLife Restructuring - Carrier and Product Selections in SureLC

All contracting forms affected have already been updated in SureLC. However, as part of the restructuring process in SureLC, we've adjusted
many of the MetLife carrier selections effective Wednesday December 3rd, 2014 to coincide with MetLife's restructuring outline.
Carriers that have been REMOVED from SureLC:
* MetLife Investors USA
* General American Life Ins Co
* Metlife Life And Annuity Co Of Connecticut
* New England Life Ins Co
* Metlife Investors Ins Co
Carriers that will be MOVING FORWARD are:
* Metropolitan Life Ins Co (MLIC) DISABILITY Product Line
* MetLife Ins Co USA (MICUSA) LIFE, ANNUITY, GROUP, LTC Product Lines
* First Metlife Investors Ins Co New York LIFE, ANNUITY, GROUP, LTC Product Lines
If you were setup with any of the carrier selections that were REMOVED, you'll want to add the correlating carrier that's MOVING FORWARD to your assortment. Please note: Part of this transition included moving the Disability contracting forms to "Metropolitan Life Ins Co (MLIC)". If your agency processes Disability contracts, you'll want to ensure this carrier is added to your assortment. These forms will not be available under any other MetLife carrier selection.
