I want to take a minute to share information related to updates that are in progress or items that are forthcoming related to SureLC.
- Carriers Requiring Review - SuranceBay is updating ALL carriers to requiring producers to review all contracting paperwork prior to their
e-signature being affixed to the relevant forms. CLICK HERE for more information.
- If your agency hasn't yet implemented SureLC-Web for producers to initiate appointment
requests and review paperwork without you initiating the process, please contact our support team for more information.
- Bi-Monthly Trainings - In addition to normal
trainings & support already provided, SuranceBay will start conducting bi-monthly trainings starting 4/16/2015. The objective of these training sessions is to provide ongoing training for best practices for using ALL of SureLC's capabilities.
