REMINDER: North American Co. Schedule Setting Changes - Friday, May 22nd

Effective Friday morning , May 22, 2015 we'll be making some changes to the North American Life and Health Ins Hierarchy schedule settings.
The modifications will be more streamlined with the carrier's forms, allowing you to select anyone within the hierarchy as the "Distributor". In addition, we'll be making some changes to the hierarchy flow on the Transmittals to coincide with the carrier's direction of Direct upline to Top upline (Low to High), rather than (High to Low).
These adjustments will require your agency to recreate your North American schedules within your Agency Setup page. We apologize for the inconvenience, and unfortunately are not able to apply your old settings to the new ones. This will need to be a manual adjustment.
In preparation for the changes you may want to take screenshots of your current schedule settings so you can easily apply them to the new settings on Friday May 22nd.
