Review Requests Bug & Time-Out

Hi ,

Some of your producers may have encountered problems reviewing contracting forms earlier this morning. We've fixed this bug, so now the producers are able to see the forms and click on "Confirm: Apply My Signature" button.

If your agency initiated the appointment request to the producer's for review - please note that they CAN use the same link to login and review the forms, there is no need to generate a new one.

Also - you may see a message about timeout due to inactivity. Please restart SureLC if you see this message in order for the message to go away.
