NIPR Technical Difficulties - Adding Producers to SureLC may be Problematic

It's come to our attention that some of our users may encounter difficulty adding new producers to SureLC. Specifically, this happens on the "Review & Confirmation" Step 3 upon clicking the "next" button (nothing happens).
We're actively working with NIPR to resolve this issue, it appears they're experiencing technical difficulties on their side causing this problem. Once resolved, we'll send a follow-up notice.
