This 90-minute training will take you through your Agency Set Up, registering producers and requesting and processing appointments in SureLC. It’s a great refresher for Agency workers AND a great training tool for new Agency workers who need an introduction on how to use the system.

We are also offering a webinar on how to use your Carriers Tab in SureLC. From adding carriers and setting up your Hierarchy and Commission schedules to restricting product lines and assigning carriers by Affiliation, this 45 minute training will take you through the correct way to configure your Carriers Tab and make your contracting life easier. Finally, SureLC provides a means of tracking processing contracts to help organize the various stages and follow-up with the carrier and Producer. It’s called the Work Inbox and we’re offering another 45 minute webinar on how use it.  You’ll learn how to view and sort lists of open and processed appointments in SureLC. You’ll also learn how to open an appointment for processing and how to move the appointment from an “open” to “completed” status. We’re holding this webinar on Tuesday, December 22^nd at 1PM EST.
