Producers calling you saying they can't create their SureLC password? With the release of a new version of SureLC, we have implemented some more stringent rules when it comes to the creation of SureLC password. When the producer gets to the password creation screen, there are several rules that have to be followed when creating a password. "password1234" or (lastname)4567 won't cut it any more. The password needs to, for example, contain at least one upper case and one lowercase letter, a number and a special character, to name a few. Each rule is right there on the screen AND once a rule is fulfilled, a green check mark shows next to the rule. It's not until ALL rules have a green check mark will the Set Password button activate. Have Sub Agency's? Is your Sub Agency admin having issues viewing producers he/she should have access to in SureLC? Usually this has to do with which Affiliation the producer has been assigned. The remedy is posted right HERE.
