Due to an overwhelming response from you, our agencies, we'll
be separating the Allianz PREFERRED contracts to a separate carrier selection.
Effective Monday, November 30th 2015 a separate carrier selection labeled "Allianz PREFERRED" will be allocated to those agencies that have already been approved for Allianz's PREFERRED contract.
What does this mean for our Agency?
- If your agency is already setup with the "PREFERRED" forms, you'll
now have a NEW carrier selection setup just for the "PREFERRED" product line.
- You'll need to setup hierarchy/Comp schedules under this new carrier selection.
- Let your Internal Team and your Producers know the PREFERRED contracts will be processed as a separate contract from the carrier's STANDARD contract.
How do I get my agency approved for the PREFERRED carrier in
SureLC?
- First ensure your agency is already setup through Allianz. Your PREFERRED contract must be approved by the carrier to proceed with your form allocation request in SureLC.
- Send an email to support@surancebay.com requesting access to
this carrier (Allianz PREFERRED) along with the name of the FMO on the contract.
- Or simply add this new carrier (Allianz PREFERRED) to your carrier assortment and an automated message will be sent to us. (We'll reach back out to you to confirm the FMO)
