Hi ,
This week,we're sending you not just one Top Tip, but three. See below.
1. Have you ever processed an American General (AIG) contract in SureLC, only to find that when you go to the producer's open appointments screen, the AIG contract is nowhere to be found? Don't panic! Because of
the direct integration between SureLC and AIG, the producers Agent Number is auto assigned. This means the contract is "completed" and SureLC automatically places the contract in the producers "completed" file. To get there, go to the producers open appointments screen, click on All Open, (in the upper left hand corner) then choose
Completed. Read much more information about AIG's direct integration with SureLC
HERE.
2. Producer having issues resetting their SureLC password? Take a look at the tutorial
HERE. One thing to make sure of if you do get a call from a producer having issues is to make sure he/she is entering their
Resident State License Number in the field where it's asked for. Some producers simply enter the
state name. If they do that, the system will not find their record and the password reset will fail. The system is asking for the
Resident State License Number, AND it needs to match what shows as the
Resident State License Number in the producers profile.
3. With the new release of SureLC, we've added a feature that will notify your producers when their E&O policy is close to expiring AND
gives them the option to buy a policy right from their SureLC profile. For more information about the program, click
HERE.
We invite you to forward this message to any of your team members that would like/need this information - in case they're not on our
email distribution list(s).
