- Tip - at the top of nearly every screen within SureLC is a "?" button. Producers clicking on this button will have a short YouTube video open up in a separate browser tab showing them what to do. Simply tell your producers who have any questions about "what do I do" to click on this "?" button to get informed.

SuranceBay does not provide direct support to producers. Producers should contact your agency with any questions they have.
2. Having trouble getting producers to confirm contracts? - Input your email address so the email message is sent to you. Then, forward the email to the producer. That way, the producer receives the email from YOUR email address, instead of
@surancebay.com email address. There's nothing wrong with this, just don't confirm for the producer.
- Visit our Support Forum posting illustrating what
the producer sees when you sent them the Review Request.
- Producers must enter the last 6 digits of their SSN +
DOB. If they're having trouble logging in, ensure the details they're entering matches what shows in their SureLCTM profile on the NIPR Tab.
- Check the Work Inbox. Items with the stage of @Producer are those contracts that are pending the producer to review. Follow-up as needed.
