We are back this week with some more SureLC Top Tops and we'll start with alerting you to the fact that we have improved upon what was formerly called our SuranceBay Support Desk. It's now called the SuranceBay Help Center and the biggest improvement is how much easier it is to view and search the new layout. We've also changed the web address. It's now support.surancebay.com Check it out HERE. You can also access the Help Center anytime you need by clicking on the Help button on your SureLC Home screen. 

Speaking of the SuranceBay Help Center, we've added a new section to the page entitled "Why Is This Happening?" Ever wonder why your processed AIG contract doesn't show on the producer's Appointments screen? Check out the "Why Is This Happening?" section of the Help Center. Do you know why some of the contracting bundles you get in your e-mail inbox come to you in a .TIFF format instead of a .PDF format? Finally when you come across a producer that is having a hard time logging in to his/her contracting profile, here's a top tip that might save some grief. If the producer tries to log in unsuccessfully 5 times, the account is locked and he/she will have to wait and try again later. Realistically, if the producer tries 3 times and can't log in, it's time to reset the password.
