In November we created a new carrier called "Allianz -
PREFERRED ANNUITY" to accommodate the special "Preferred" forms package to those agencies that have been approved for this product line.
If your agency does not process Allianz Preferred contracts or has not been approved for this product line, please disregard this notice.
In phase 2 of the changes we've focused on what was needed for COMBINED requests. These are requests to setup both the STANDARD and
PREFERRED contracts at one time. Eliminating the need to process two separate contracts.
COMBINED requests require the following forms, and are now included as optional forms to select as needed under the PREFERRED carrier selection:
- STANDARD Transmittals (Life and/or Annuity)
- PREFERRED Transmittal
- PREFERRED Combined application
In addition, many of you have voiced your concern about
not being able to setup unique FMO hierarchies for each product line without having to re-run the very same contract multiple times.
We listened.....and to ensure each agency is able to set their unique upline needs, we've separated each of the hierarchy and signature selections by product (See attached example):
- PREFERRED
- STANDARD ANNUITY
- STANDARD LIFE
