In our ongoing efforts to make the contracting process easier and quicker, SuranceBay worked with UnitedHealthcare - Medicare Solutions to set up direct integration between SureLC^TM and this carriers' home office.

Effective Fri., Jan. 8th, all Contracts & Transfer request types will be submitted directly to them after you've successfully processed the request within SureLC^TM. Please note, Hierarchy, Add State, and EFT Change requests are NOT directly submitted to them from SureLC, so you'll need to continue processing them as you normally would.

Q1. How Does this Affect Me? 

A1. For all intents and purposes, it has minimal impact for you, our agency users. Simply process the paperwork as you normally would. Once you receive the merged.pdf file, do NOT submit to UHC. They will receive everything electronically.
