As an update to the previous message, we've enabled direct integration for only a handful of UHC FMO's. 

If your agency is not an FMO for UHC, direct integration has not been activated for your SureLC account. Therefore, you should continue processing contracts normally through SureLC and submitting the merged.pdf files how you have done previously.
