Welcome to another edition of SureLCTM Top Tips.

  • Use this e-mail address to ask questions, report issues and send carrier forms to upload.    
    • Hint: When sending an e-mail, please be as specific as you can. Sending an e-mail that simply states "My SureLCTM is down." does not give our tech's enough information to find out what the problem is and how to resolve. 
  • Are you getting an error message in SureLCTM? Let us know what the error says. Send a screen shot of the error and tell us what you were doing in SureLCTM when the error popped up. The more information you give, the quicker we can find out what's going on and get to a fix. 
  • Additionally, does your question or issue deal with a producer’s appointment request or contracting paperwork? If the answer is Yes, tell us who the producer is and which appointment request you are working on. This way we won't have to reply to you asking for this information, them waiting for the reply before we can take a look. Will save much more time if you are as descriptive as possible in the first e-mail. 
3. New feature in SureLCTM
  • If a producer makes a change to his/her SSN, DOB or name, and reports that information to his/her resident state DOI, that information then gets sent to NIPR. 
    • Hint: You can now update those changes in SureLCTM so the producer’s information reflects correctly in his/her profile and subsequently on his/her contracting paperwork. 
  • All you have to do is go to the producers NIPR Tab and click on the "?" icon next to his/her DOB and click "Synchronize with NIPR."
  • When finished, you will get a pop up alerting you to the new information brought in to the producer’s profile. 
    • Hint: Performing this re-sync DOES NOT update a producers Licensing information. Licensing information is updated automatically once the new information is reported to NIPR. More information about NIPR updates in SureLCTM HERE.
