Prudential announced today they've updated their forms package with 2015 revision dates.  All forms affected were updated in SureLC effective today 1/19/2016.

Transition to the new forms should be seamless.  If there were any contracts initiated prior to the changes they will still be accepted by Prudential.  The carrier will accept older versions through April 1st, 2016.
