we wanted to let you know some of their forms will be updated effective 1/1/2016.

- National Life Group (National Life or LSW)
Carrier announcements have started rolling out and we wanted to assure you, both carriers are set to roll out their updated forms in SureLC on January 1st 2016.
Copies of the new forms will be viewable on the 1st.......no
sooner.
At that time you can view the forms under your Agency Setup page:
- Go to your Agency Setup page
- Select the Carrier Tab
- Select the carrier from the menu on the left
- Select the "Download Forms" button (Top Right)
