Happy New Year and thanks for stopping by. This week we're going to talk
tech.
1. Adobe Reader. It's the default program used to view contracting forms in SureLCTM.
- We get a great many calls and support tickets into the Help Center dealing with Adobe configuration issues.
- Hint: Do yourself a favor and check your Adobe configuration NOW and possibly avoid any future issues. Click HERE to go to some very easy to follow instructions on how to make sure your Adobe Reader system is optimized for use with SureLCTM.
2. Staying on the Adobe
front, you have no doubt seen Adobe reminders that instruct you to upgrade to the latest version of Reader called Reader DC.
- Problem is, Reader DC is not compatible to with every PC that's running SureLCTM.
- Hint: If you are using a MAC, do not upgrade. Stay on the current version of Adobe Reader you have.
- Might be a good idea to check out THIS post as well about weather or not you should update Adobe to Reader DC.
3. Over all, most PC's built in the last couple of years should run SureLCTM
just fine.
- But, if every once in a while you are sitting at your PC using SureLCTM and it's running crazy slow, you might need to check your PC and make sure it has the resources needed to run the program.
- Hint: There are some minimum PC requirements that need to be met for both agency workers and producers who use SureLCTM. We've got those requirements listed HERE.
That's it for this week. Stay tuned for more SureLCTM Top Tips coming to an inbox near you.
We invite you to forward this
message to any of your team members as needed - in case they're not on our
