Weather you are a part timer or a contracting manager, our sessions will enhance your ease of use of SureLC and help you perform your job more
efficiently. And best of all, these training sessions are FREE!.

Training
- This 90 min session is being held on 03/03/2016 at 1pm est.
- This training introduces agency workers to SureLCTM including agency set up, registering producers in the system and requesting and processing carrier contracting paperwork. This is a great session for new SureLCTM users or existing users who want a quick refresher on some of the key components of the SureLCTM contracting
system.

- This 45 min
session will be held 03/17/2016 at 1pm est.
- We will go over using the Carriers Tab in SureLCTM including adding carriers, setting up hierarchy schedules, viewing carrier forms, setting product types and states that can be chosen as well as restricting carrier selection by Affiliation.

- This 45 min session will be held on 03/31/2016 at 1pm est.
- SureLCTM provides a means of tracking processing contracts to help organize the various stages
and follow-up with the carrier and producer. It's called the Work Inbox. This webinar will take the user through the steps necessary to use the Work Inbox in SureLCTM.

- This 45 min session will take place on 04/14/2016 at 1pm est.
- This training will take you through the steps your producers take when registering, logging in and re-setting their password in SureLCTM. Additionally, we will also go through the steps taken when an agency worker registers a producer in
SureLCTM.

- This 60 min session
will take place on 04/28/2016 at 1pm est.
- This session will cover how to use Affiliations in SureLCTM. Affiliations can be used for a number of reasons including assigning or sorting producers by territory or quick reference to Agency or Broker Dealer affiliation. The webinar will cover how to create and assign Affiliations, create Affiliation specific SureLCTM web links along with restricting carrier selection by Affiliation and running Affiliation
reports.
