Welcome to this edition of Top Tips. 

1. Is your Billing information current and up to date? To find out, click on Agency Set Up, and then click the Billing Tab. If you find that your Transactions Bank is lacking in funds, completely out of funds or even in the red, make sure to put a check in the box labeled Transactions, then click the Buy button. This will ensure you have the funds in your Transactions Bank to continue using SureLCTM

2. Experiencing issues with your Single Sign On system as it relates to SureLCTM? We've documented some of the most common issues and how to resolve. Click HERE to take a look. 

3. Finally, a reminder that when you send Support tickets to support@surancebay.com, be as descriptive as you can. Getting an error message? Send a screen shot of the error and tell us what you were doing in SureLCTM when the error popped up. Does your issue or question deal with a specific producer and/or carrier? If so, be sure to include that information in the ticket as well. The more information you give the Support Team, the quicker we can find a solution and get you back up and running.
