SureLC: URGENT. LIMRA Screen Shot Download Issues

Hi ,
The SuranceBay Support Team is aware of an issue happening in SureLCTM where users are getting an error message when trying to download the LIMRA completion screen shot on the Training Tab. See screen shot below.

This is something our developers and IT Support Team are presently working on getting resolved. We currently do not have an ETA on when the system will be working again. We will keep you posted. 

Manually uploading the LIMRA completion screen shot using Upload My Copy on the Training Tab is currently working as normal.
