This notice affects clients where direct integration is set-up between SureLC and American General. 

American General is making adjustments to their internal systems as it relates to agent contracting. Any contracts processed within SureLC between Thurs. 2/25 and Sunday 2/28 will be processed by their new system on Sunday, 2/28.

Therefore, SuranceBay will send the normal follow-up email with assigned agent numbers no later than Monday morning, 2/29.
