Welcome to another edition of Top Tips. A mini training manual geared
towards helping you use SureLCTM more efficiently.
1. The Signature Authorization form.
- This form is required as part of a producers profile in order to contract
using SureLCTM. The form is housed on the producers Scan Tab. The signature image on this form is what SureLCTM uses to populate carrier contracting forms.
- Hint: There are two ways this form can be uploaded to the producers Scan Tab. One is for the producer to scan the form and upload manually.
- It is VERY important that the copy being uploaded is as clean and legible as possible. A picture of the form usually does not work. It needs to be a clean, non fuzzy and legible scan. PDF format is preferred.
- The other, and much
easier way to get a producers Sig Auth uploaded to the Scan Tab is to use Signature Capture. Click HERE to for a tutorial on how this works.
- If the producer is using Internet Explorer, nine times out of ten, switching to Google Chrome will
solve the issue.
- Hint: Google Chrome is the preferred internet browser for use with SureLC Web.
