Weather you are a part timer or a contracting manager, our sessions will enhance your ease of use of SureLC and help you perform your job more efficiently. - This training
introduces agency workers to SureLCTM including agency set up, registering producers in the system and requesting and processing carrier contracting paperwork. This is a great session for new SureLCTM users or existing users who want a quick refresher on some of the key components of the SureLCTM contracting system.

- This training will guide you through the steps your producers take when registering, logging in and re-setting their password in SureLCTM. Additionally, we will also go through the steps taken when an agency worker registers a producer in SureLCTM

- This training shows you how to use various parts of the Info and Appointments
screen in SureLCTM including how to register a new producer in the system, sort your producers list and Archive producers you no longer work with.

- This 45 min session will be held on 07/28/2016 at 1pm est.
- SureLCTM provides a means of tracking processing contracts to help organize the various stages and follow-up with the carrier and producer. It's called the Work Inbox. This webinar will take the user through the steps
necessary to use the Work Inbox in SureLCTM.

- This training shows you the various tabs under your Agency Set Up, what information is contained on each and how to configure the information to suit your agency's needs.
