Phone Calls I've Received, 2 quick items + bonus

Hi ,
I've personally received multiple phone calls in the past couple of weeks on items that may benefit your agency to learn about.
  1. "I'm a recruiting agency working with BGA [x] who uses your system. My BGA works with 25 carriers but I only work with 10 of those 25 carriers. My producers often request appointments for carriers outside of the allowable 10. Can you help me?"

    • If your agency experiences this dilemma, consider using the "Set Affiliation" Option within Agency Setup > Carriers. Click here to view a quick video tutorial on how to do this if you are unsure (or call us! - happy to help). 

  2. "My agency has an upline agency between myself and the carrier, can I use SureLC for these carriers and if so, how?" Or, an alternative version is "I have downline agencies using SureLC where my agency is their upline, how can we both use SureLC most effectively?"
