As
some of you are aware, SuranceBay has experienced several performance issues over the past couple of weeks. Especially for our long-time clients, you know that these issues rarely, if ever, occur so we thought it prudent to provide all of our users a more detailed explanation:
What Happened: A combination of hardware and software failures occurred within a short
period of time. As soon as SuranceBay became aware of the problem(s), we focused all resources on ensuring that SureApp (SureLC, in particular) was operational, as we sought out long-term resolutions to prevent these issues from happening in the
future.
What We've Done: SuranceBay replaced existing hardware with new hardware and installed new, more powerful servers this past weekend. To improve our capabilities to monitor, support, and prevent future issues, we expanded our System Administration team, as well. We will continue with redundancy and upgrades throughout August and September, during which time
intermittent issues may occur that we'll attend to right away.
