We've added some new SureLC training webinars to our schedule. These live webinars are perfect for users new to SureLC as well as great refreshers for long time users or users who want to learn how to use a new functionality in the system. Agency Training: SureLC: A 90 minute session that introduces agency workers to SureLC including agency set up, registering producers in the system and requesting and processing carrier contracting paperwork. To register for this webinar, click HERE. 

Agency Training: Work Inbox: SureLC provides a means of tracking processing contracts to help organize the various stages and follow-up with the carrier and Producer. It's called the Work Inbox. This 45-minute webinar will take the user through the steps necessary to use the Work Inbox in SureLC. To register for this webinar, click HERE. 

Agency Training: Producer Procedures: This 60 minute training will take you through the steps your producers take when registering, logging in and re-setting their password in SureLC. Additionally, we will also go through the steps taken when an agency worker registers a producer in SureLC. To register for this webinar, click HERE. 

Agency Training: Carriers Tab: This 45 minute training will take SureLC admin workers through how to use the Carriers Tab in SureLC including setting up a list of carriers as well as creating multiple hierarchy and commission schedules as well as restricting carrier and product selection by affiliation. Agency Training: Using Affiliations in SureLC: This 60 minute training will take SureLC admin workers through the use of Affiliations in SureLC. This includes creating new affiliations and creating new affiliation weblinks as well as restricting carrier and product selections by affiliation and running sortable reports based on producers assigned affiliation.
