North American - Schedule Setting Changes

Hi ,
In an effort to eliminate NIGO (Not In Good Order) issues with North American, the carrier has requested some changes within the schedule settings of SureLC.  

Requirements will be setup requesting the following before a contract can be processed:

*  The Direct Upline information
*  The Distributor Information

Changes applied will ensure the carrier is able to quickly determine the upline for each producer, and will speed up the processing time in getting an active contract response.


This will be rolled out effective tomorrow Tuesday February 28th, 2017.

Changes applied will re-map your current settings in the custom grid, to the new format.  Here's a quick link providing more details on how this will look in SureLC:
