We have a problem that prevents Hierarchy and Commissions information
from appearing in the schedule settings, and also within the Hierarchy step of the appointment request workflow for American General.
As a precaution while our IT Team is fixing the issue please do NOT open schedule settings for this carrier under the Agency Setup > Carriers tab. Hierarchy and Commissions information may be erased just upon opening your schedule settings.
