At this time, we are experiencing some severe lag times loading producer profile and appointment information in SureLC. This is also affecting processing of appointments as you will see on Step 5, the Process button is very slow to activate. You will still be able to see producer profile and appointment information as well as process appointments, but the wait time for the information to load will be longer than usual. Our developers are working these issues as priority one. As of now, there is not ETA till resolution. We will keep you updated.
