This message is to notify you of a minor change with North American
Company for Life and Health Insurance, and how their Contract Applications will be processed in SureLC.
As of this Friday 05/26/2017, if an agent selects both Life and Annuity lines of business with North American, SureLC will generate two Contract Applications, one for Life and one for Annuity.
This is a change needed for North American, as Life and Annuity contracts are handled separately by the carrier. It will result in one
submission from your agency, just as it has in the past. This will not affect anything that requires your attention, but we wanted you to be aware of the change.
