In order to ensure that your SureLC program is the most up to date, if you haven't already, please be sure to log out of SureLC and close the program completely, then open again. Once opened, the system will automatically check for the update and download as needed, at which point you can log in and continue work as normal. This update contains several bug fixes that are needed in order for SureLC to run properly. If you find that you are having issues downloading the new version, please send a detailed message to support@surancebay.com and someone from the IT Team will assist.
