North American - Updated Application

We wanted to give you a heads-up on some changes forthcoming this Monday (3/27/2017) with North American.

They've recently made some minor adjustments to their Contract Application that reduces some of the additional user interface questions your producers were presented with in step 3.

One example:  They've eliminated questions that ask for names of relatives currently licensed to sell insurance.

As part of the changes, North American has also requested a separate contract application be submitted for each line of business (Life & Annuity).  SureLC will be setup to initiate two separate applications if BOTH product lines are selected within the same request.

The adjustments initiated on Monday 3/27/2017 will not affect anything that requires your attention.  We just wanted you to be aware of the changes.
