SureLC is currently experiencing an issue that causes the Missing E&O policy info error to be displayed on each producer card within the Info & Appointments view.  If the producer has a currently active E&O policy in his/her SureLC profile then this error message is inaccurate.

There is a work-around that will clear this error:

Open the producer's profile and go to the SCAN tab.  At that point the E&O certificate will be linked to the producer's E&O policy, if it is currently active.  This action clears the error and will allow you to initiate appointment requests for the producer.

If the E&O policy is NOT currently active then the E&O certificate will have been archived and you will need to enter current E&O policy info and upload a current certificate.
