Previously we sent a notice about several issues that affected Appointment Requests processed since
6/9/19. One of those issues was Missing Forms for Some Banner / William Penn Submissions. This problem was fixed on 6/14/19, but any requests that were processed for these carriers from 6/10/19 to 6/13/19 were potentially sent to the carrier with missing forms.
At 12:25 pm ET today we resubmitted all the appointment requests that were electronically uploaded to Banner Life / William Penn from 6/10/19 to 6/13/19, including all the forms.
We have informed the carrier of these resubmissions and they are prepared to process them accordingly. There will be no additional charges applied to any accounts as a result of this resubmission.
