Missing Signatures/Data on Submitted Forms
Some appointment requests processed from Sunday to Wednesday were submitted to carriers without the proper signatures, and in some cases with incomplete data. This problem affected ALL types of requests and carriers, submitted via email or electronically via integrations.
These problems were fixed in the SureLC updates applied on Tuesday and Wednesday. As stated above, all requests for integrated carriers that were processed before the fix was applied were automatically reprocessed and submitted to the carriers starting Wednesday night.
However, any requests that were EMAILED to either the carrier or to your agency may need to be reprocessed by your agency if the original submission was missing any required data or signatures. There are no additional charges for reprocessing these requests.
