We have disabled the electronic submission of Contract and Transfer requests to the Prudential (ANNUITIES) carrier from SureLC for the time being while the carrier makes additional changes to their systems.
All requests submitted to the Prudential (ANNUITIES) will be sent via email until further notice.
This does NOT affect the other Prudential carrier integrations in SureLC. Those integrations are unchanged.
