On Monday, May 4th, SuranceBay will re-enable the integration with Prudential that was previously disabled for maintenance and improvements on February 6th.
This integration features a two-way information feed, which means that not only will the requests go directly to the carrier, but you will be able to see status updates from Prudential directly in SureLC!
The direct electronic submission of Prudential appointment requests includes the following carriers:
- Prudential (LIFE)
- Prudential (ANNUITIES)
- Prudential (GROUP)
- Prudential (RETIREMENT)
- Prudential (IMO)
If your agency previously requested to have this specific integration disabled then it will remain disabled for your agency. Otherwise it will be enabled for all other agencies that have any of the Prudential carriers above in their list of Selected carriers.
